Ridingcolombia is a horse riding operator that organizes private, customizable horse riding tours for international tourists who are intermediate or advanced riders. We also organize one-day hiking tours. Ridingcolombia is an ecotourism company headquartered in Bogota, the capital of Colombia. Our destinations are one to four hours driving time from Bogota. Riding Colombia ecotourism excursions offer visitors to our country a unique opportunity to have a horse ride vacation through the interesting and sometimes amazing Colombian countryside that the typical tourist will never see.

Our business model is responsible ecotourism. We are looking to generate a positive social impact on the provinces we visit. We contract local horses and other selected services with local providers, with whom we have an established business relationship for years. We design and lead the tour all the time to maintain the standards of the company. The distinguishing features of our horse ride holidays are the difficulty of the trails and the speed. From our experience in horse riding holidays in Europe and the U.S, we have concluded that we can offer to intermediate and advanced riders a ride with more adventure.

We offer a completely customized tourism experience, tailored to the interests, physical fitness, and budget of our clients. Our horse riding holidays can be one day or several days, and in addition to horse riding, can be expanded to include either long or short one-day hikes.
Our horses are a mix of Colombian Creole and European breeds. The Colombian Creole contributes smooth, natural gaits, endurance, and adaptability to the terrain, while the European influence adds strength and refinement. Compared to purely European breeds, our horses are generally shorter and slimmer—ideal for navigating Colombia’s varied landscapes with agility and comfort. They are calm and perfectly suited for horseback riding tours designed for intermediate and advanced riders.
